Answers to the most common questions about CodeStripes apps.

All our published apps are listed on the Our Apps page. We're currently preparing our first titles β€” check back soon or sign up for launch notifications there.

iOS: Open the App Store β†’ tap your profile icon β†’ scroll to see pending updates β†’ tap Update. You can enable automatic updates in Settings β†’ App Store β†’ App Updates.

Android: Open Google Play β†’ profile icon β†’ Manage apps & device β†’ update from there. To enable auto-updates per app, open the app's Play Store page β†’ three-dot menu β†’ Enable auto-update.

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple or Google β€” we do not have access to billing.

iOS: Settings β†’ [Your Name] β†’ Subscriptions β†’ select the app.
Android: Google Play β†’ Profile β†’ Payments & subscriptions β†’ Subscriptions β†’ select the app.

For refunds, contact Apple or Google Play directly.

Try these steps first: (1) Close the app fully and reopen it. (2) Make sure you have the latest version installed. (3) Restart your device. (4) Check your internet connection if the app uses online features.

If the problem persists, please report it below with your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when the issue occurred.

Data collection varies by app. Each app's data practices are disclosed in its Privacy Nutrition Label (App Store) or Data Safety section (Google Play). Our Privacy Policy applies to all CodeStripes apps. We never sell personal data.

Some CodeStripes apps may include AI-powered features. Where AI is used, it is clearly disclosed within the app and in the store listing. AI features may process data on-device or via secure third-party APIs. See our Privacy Policy β€” AI section for full details.

Look for a Restore Purchases option in the app's settings or store screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Data deletion

Delete Account & Data

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all personal data from any CodeStripes app. We process all requests within 30 days.

⚠ This action is permanent. Deleting your account removes all personal data, preferences, and user-generated content associated with it. This cannot be undone. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Google before requesting deletion.
